Ministries

At Neel Road we offer a variety of ministries for people of all ages. We also believe that serving God is an act of discipleship and therefore we encourage every member and friend of Neel Road to find a ministry where they can serve.

Bible Study Groups
If you are looking for an opportunity to study God’s Word and grow spiritually you should check out our Bible Study groups (Sunday School). These groups meet on Sunday mornings at 9:45 am. We offer also offer a nursery for parents with children.

Children’s Ministries
We offer several opportunities for children to develop friendships and learn about God. Check out our Children’s Ministry page as well as our Summer Schedule.

Deaf Ministry
Our Deaf Ministry at Neel Road is called Hands of God. We offer a Bible Study group on Sunday mornings and sign for them during the worship service.

Music Ministry
Music is very important to us at Neel Road. In worship we use a variety of musical instruments ranging from the organ and piano to more contemporary instruments! We believe that by using a variety of musical instruments in worship we are able to provide an opportunity for people of all ages to worship together through a musical style that they can enjoy and appreciate. We also have a variety of music ministry opportunities at Neel Road including a Youth and Adult Praise Team, the Chancel Choir, and a Children’s Choir.

Preschool Ministry
At Neel Road we often say, “The nursery is where we show our little ones that God loves them and we do too!” Preschoolers at Neel Road and their parents have special activities planned throughout the year to participate in.

Senior Adult Ministry
We are blessed to have a great group of senior adults at Neel Road! Throughout the year the Fun and Fellowship Team offers monthly activities including trips, services, and fellowship activities for our seniors and their friends to enjoy. Additionally, we have a Wednesday Prayer and Fellowship Luncheon from 11:30-12:30 that many seniors enjoy.

Student Ministry
The purpose of our Student Ministry at Neel Road is to create a love and passion for Christ in the lives and hearts of our youth. Throughout the year youth have Bible studies, mission trips, summer camp, and other weekly activities to encourage them to grow closer to Christ and develop strong, lasting friendships with other Christian youth.
